CT250 - 2.5 ATM Single Axle Cable Trailer
The Belco 2.5T Single Axle Cable Trailer is purpose built for the safe, efficient transport an deployment of cable drums up to 2.2 metres in diameter and 1.5 metres wide.
Designed and manufactured for tough Australian conditions, this trailer combines rugged construction with hydraulic loading arms and an optional diesel powered reversible drum drive to streamline cable handling on-site.
With manual controls or optional pendant controller, it offers flexible and reliable performance for cable operations where simplicity and safety are key.

Key Features
Loading Mechanism
Loading is handled via independently operated, hydraulic powered loading arms. The drum rotates via oil-filled nylon
collars supported on a fixed, non-rotating spindle.
Drums up to 1.5 m wide, 2m in diameter, and 1.5 T can be loaded and deployed via this mechanism. Rear drop-down legs provide additional stability during loading operations.
Power and Pay Out/Haul in (Option)
A 12V battery is used to deliver hydraulic power in the base version, this can be upgraded to a 9.5HP diesel engine for loading or the engine becomes standard when the drum drive/rotator is included in the specification.
With the drum drive in place, variable (controlled) deployment speeds of up to 6km/h can be reached.
Operating Controls
Manual operational controls are located on the trailer, or can be upgraded to a Bluetooth pendant control. Key safety features include over-center valves on the loading arm cylinders to prevent uncontrolled descent.
A pressure relief valve to protect the system from verpressure, and a priority flow divider to maintain consistent hydraulic flow for safe and efficient multi-function operation.
